Empire Dealer in Hayward, Wisconsin
Wood stoves, gas stoves, and heaters
Authorized Empire Stove dealer
Empire at Northwoods Stove & Fireplace
Empire is where we go for steel wood stoves, vented and vent-free gas logs, wall heaters, and small gas stoves. Often the right answer for a cabin, a garage, or a room that needs a little heat without a whole project.
- Steel wood stoves and wood inserts
- Vented and vent-free gas logs
- Wall furnaces and space heaters
- Compact gas stoves
- A practical option for cabins and outbuildings
Who it suits
Right for a spare room, a shop, a garage or a seasonal place that needs dependable background heat rather than a centerpiece.
Not sure? Tell us the room and how you use the place, and we will say plainly whether this is the right line or whether something else on our floor fits better.
What makes it different
Not every heat problem deserves a fireplace. A back bedroom that never quite warms up, a garage you want to work in through January, a cabin that needs to stay above freezing while nobody is there: those are jobs for a wall heater or a small gas stove, and Empire builds that end of the market properly. It is the least glamorous line we carry and one of the most useful.
Everything we sell from this line is installed by our own crew and serviced here afterward. Being an authorized dealer is what keeps the manufacturer warranty valid and the genuine parts available, which matters most on the day something needs fixing in the middle of winter.

Other lines worth comparing
Most people who come in asking for one brand leave having compared it against two others standing next to it. That is the point of a showroom.
Come see it burning.
Photographs only get you so far with a fire. The showroom on Highway 63 has units running through the season.
