Gas Stoves
Freestanding gas stoves, gas logs and vent-free heaters in Hayward, WI. Instant heat with no wood to carry and no ash to clean.
Turn it on and it is warm
A gas stove is the answer for anybody who wants the look and the heat without any of the chores. No wood, no ash, no hauling. Flip a switch, or set a thermostat, and the room comes up.
They also make a lot of sense in a place you are not at every week. A cabin with a gas stove on a thermostat will keep itself above freezing all winter without anyone driving out to feed it.
- Freestanding stoves that vent out a wall or up a chimney
- Wall switch, remote or thermostat control
- Vented and vent-free gas logs for an existing fireplace
- Cast iron and steel bodies in traditional and simple styles
- Runs on propane, which is what most places out here have
Vented, direct vent or vent-free
Three different things that all get called gas heat. The difference decides where a unit can go and how it behaves in the room.
Direct vent
A sealed unit with two pipes: air in from outside, exhaust out. The glass stays shut. It is the most efficient of the three, it does not touch the air in your house, and it is what we install most often.
Vented, or B-vent
Exhaust goes up a flue and combustion air comes from the room. Simpler and often cheaper, and a sensible answer when there is already a chimney to work with.
Vent-free
No flue at all. Very efficient on paper because all the heat stays inside, but so does the moisture, and there are rules about where they may be used and how big a room has to be. We fit them where they are the right answer and say so when they are not.

We are an authorized dealer for each of these, which means parts, warranty work and service stay here rather than going back to a factory.
